KiD CuDi – Pursuit Of Happiness ft. MGMT & Ratatat (Alternate Video)
Well this is trippy. You may have seen the original - but Kid CuDi just dropped an alternative video for his stoned out party anthem “Pursuit Of Happiness” featuring MGMT and Ratatat. I think I might like this video a little bit more than the original. The power of the internet - we never would of seen this video if it came out 5 years ago.
I look forward to CuDi’s next album more and more everyday. Cudder coming soon!
It hurts me to say it but I honestly could careless what Snoop is doing right now. I loved The Blue Carpet Treatment. Ego Trippin was ok - yeah I know I forgot about it too until I was trying to figure out which album “Sexual Eruption” was on. Snoops latest album Malice In Wonderland didn’t get me at all….if anything I’m sick of “I Wanna Rock” more than I am of Jason Derulo’s “Whatcha Say.”
Ok maybe not but this is one is being posted for the other two very talented artists involved in this track. Kid CuDi and Diplo? This is fire.
This will be on Snoop’s re-release of the album titled More Malice…if we needed that.
How to Make It in America (HBO Series + Soundtrack)
I just checked out this new show out last night. HBO put up the first episode of ‘How To Make It In America.’ The supposed “Entourage on the East Coast.”I thought it was pretty good. Some awkward acting. I’ll definitely keep watching the show if HBO keeps putting it up on YouTube.
Kid CuDi is a main character in the show.
Here is a brief synopsis:
“Follows two enterprising twentysomethings hustling their way through New York City’s fashion scene, determined to achieve their version of the American Dream. Trying to make a name for themselves in the city’s competitive fashion scene, Ben Epstein and his friend and business partner Cam Calderon use their street knowledge and connections to make their way up. With the help of their well-connected friend Domingo and Cam’s cousin Rene, who was ambitions of his own — a new energy drink called Rasta-Monsta — the burgeoning entrepreneurs set out to make it big.”
Even more dope is that it looks like they will be dropping a soundtrack online each week as well. Props to who ever thought of this one.
Wale - Pretty Girls ft. Gucci Mane (Video) + David Guetta - Memories ft. Kid CuDi (Video)
Busy day - I’m going to be play catch up. Video for Wale’s “Pretty Girls.” The video is nothing special. Love the song though.

This is definitely a favorite. Cudi is pretty good when it comes to his guest work. I’m looking forward to his next album. Off David Guetta’s latest album One Love.
This track was out on CuDi’s demo but now we get a high quality version. Produced by Dot Da Genius, who also produced CuDi’s massive hit “Day N Nite.” This is classic CuDi as he plays with words over a beautiful sample of Bob Dylan’s “Lay Lady Lay.”
During a stop in Boston for his latest tour run Kid Cudi and the crew put together a little documentary. Directed by Jason Goldwatch/DECON, the video goes to the tune of Cudi’s latest song “cudderisback”. It’s pure jokes so enjoy and laugh a bit. – DatNewCudi
If you haven’t heard the tune - it features CuDi quickly dropping some bars over the exceptional sample of Vampire Weekend’s “Ottoman.” Catchy as shit. I love how CuDi drops little projects like this. Catch the track below.
That Kid CuDi drops some rhymes over a track from UK artist Dan Black. This track has THE same exact snares as Rihanna’s “Umbrella.” Not sure if that is intentional but whatever. CUDI!
The most epic interviewer ever - Nardwuar catches up with that Kid CuDi. Hilarious. This dude is the definition of epic. He knows his stuff too - he does some serious research on everyone he interviews. Looks like it was a bit to much for CuDi. Ha
KiD CuDi – Pursuit of Happiness ft. MGMT & Ratatat (Video) + Rhymefest - Give It To Me (Video)
Kid CuDi drops the visuals for his stoned out party anthem “Pursuit of Happiness” featruing MGMT and Ratatat. Cameos from Drizzy Drake and Consequence. Directed/produced by Minnesota bred actor Josh Hartnett.
This songs is pretty much perfect in my mind.

Video for Rhymefest’s “Give It To Me” off the much anticipated but often delayed and mysteriously forgotten album El Che.
“Hello and Happy Holidays to everyone of my fans, hope u guys arnt ragin too much. SIKE! : ) peace and love from your bud, Cud”
Well this is catchy - a new freestyle from everyone’s favorite kid. Other than a little holiday spirit - no word on what project this might be from. I can dig it.

So here is the first leak off the new Kidz In The Hall, “Professional Leisure Tour” free EP, dropping December 8th, sponsored by LRG. The project will contain about 13 new tracks, and act as a warmup to the groups third studio album, “Land Of Make Believe” which is set for a March release. This first track samples the indie band Grizzly Bear’s single “Two Weeks” and was recorded while on tour.
I’m really likin’ what Kidz In The Hall are up to these days. Hot sample too.
snagged my links from Mike over at Midwest Broadcast. Check his blog if you haven’t already!
This track got a lot of love back when I posted the mp3. Kid CuDi isn’t in the video but it’s nice to revisit this track. Off producer Sharam’s Get Wild in stores now.
